Over the past twenty years PDR Electrical Engineers have been involved in the design, Construction and and installation of 11KV Sub-Stations.

From the initial liaison with both the Client and Regional Electricity Company, to the Layout Design, Construction, Installation, Testing and Commissioning.

Dependant upon the location or site requirement the Sub-Stations are either Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) or Brick Built to R.E.C Standards. The Brick Built Sub-station buildings are also fitted with REC standard high security doors and explosion relief roofs.

PDR Electrical Engineers also manufacture and supply Containerised Sub-Stations, Switchrooms, Control Rooms, and Generator Plant Rooms.

These Containerised arrangements have the benefit of short lead time, reduced on site installation time and offer flexibility of easy relocation.
